The Ask
With a transition in ownership, a change in offerings, and a refreshed outlook, Patch of Land’s evolution to Patch Lending offered a unique challenge: redefine the brand without alienating their real estate investor customer base.
The Solve
This project was almost like building from the ground up. Among the requirements were the renaming of the company, a new logo, a new website, and a completely new set of marketing materials. In addition, the brand voice needed to undergo a complete overhaul, from the robotic, overly technical talk meant primarily for accredited investors, to a friendly, almost tongue-in-cheek voice designed to speak to everyone from mom-and-pop flippers to seasoned real estate veterans.
