The Ask
As one of America’s fastest growing private investment companies, DLP Real Estate Capital was looking for a change to reflect their evolution from their disjointed divisional marketing structure to a clean brand with a unified voice.
The Solve
Knowing that the ask was not to start from scratch, but rather to evolve, I worked with the creative team at DLP to clean up and modernize the DLP logo for the modern-day iteration of the company. From there, the voice and visual identity was largely structured around the centralized goal of the company: to make an impact in peoples’ lives not only in real estate, but beyond into their health and well-being.
